My Wife wants to start a dominatrix business in Florida & I'm concerned about possible legal ramifications. Is this a form of prostitution, or could be deemed a sexual offense? We also want to do this at or house, so would this be considered a legal business or illegal? Do we need, or can we even apply for a business license? I guess my biggest concern is, what if a "client" is actually a undercover law enforcement officer & he is investigating us for prostitution or some other illegal activity. I hope this isn't weird, but I'm OK with her doing this as long as it is legal form of business.

In particular, the ruling helped clarify the distinction between tips and service charges. Check more here.

I started a job in 2004, sometime after that I was promoted to a manager position and asked to sign a non compete. I signed, then later on (a year or two) the building I worked in got sold to another. Then after that the building closed and i was transferred to another building (in 2008). In 2009 I was again asked to sign another non compete agreement, in lieu of a whopping raise (about 15 cents). I needed the job, and feared I would lose it if I didn't sign, so I signed. Now the company I work for has lost their contract and are telling me I can not stay and work for the company taking over because of this non compete, only in the areas of services they provide, which are laundry, housekeepng, and dietary. So, I was offered a job in a totally different field (my current supervisor at first said that I could take any other job other than the three mentioned above, but the company that owns the building says not for 12 mos. now! So basically I am screwed unless new company gets me out of this non compete somehow. It also states for a period of 2 years I can not work ANYWHERE in these areas, which really sucks, as this is a very rural area and there are NO JOBS. Anyone know anything more about this and how they can make you go bankrupt because of not being able to find a job?!

in hawaii. two days after recording on a 1950 house purchase. found shattered asbestos tile and carpet padding in powder state under the carpet. next to bathroom. cracked toilet, some kind of water leak in bathroom lifted floor tiles. suspect flooding disintegrated asbestos tile further. seller inherited property 1990. on disclosure form, seller made no mention of asbestos, and stated not to my knowledge. seller is owner for 23 years, how can she not know of leak and asbestos. do i have recourse. in shattered form, does asbestos become a material fact in the disclosure?

The tracks have the red flashing lights and arms that come down There was no train coming, the arms were not down and the lights were not flashing Is this legal? The officer told me they just put a sign up back off to the left side of the road requiring people to stop. It was 5:02 am. There was no visible sign and I used go to work that way all the time. Today was the first time I went that way over six months I never saw a sign and I did slow down and look before crossing. What can I do the fine is $156.00. The same officer wrote me a ticket less than a month ago because I stopped too far in front of a stop signand he said I ran the stop sign That cost 215.00
