I started a job in 2004, sometime after that I was promoted to a manager position and asked to sign a non compete. I signed, then later on (a year or two) the building I worked in got sold to another. Then after that the building closed and i was transferred to another building (in 2008). In 2009 I was again asked to sign another non compete agreement, in lieu of a whopping raise (about 15 cents). I needed the job, and feared I would lose it if I didn't sign, so I signed. Now the company I work for has lost their contract and are telling me I can not stay and work for the company taking over because of this non compete, only in the areas of services they provide, which are laundry, housekeepng, and dietary. So, I was offered a job in a totally different field (my current supervisor at first said that I could take any other job other than the three mentioned above, but the company that owns the building says not for 12 mos. now! So basically I am screwed unless new company gets me out of this non compete somehow. It also states for a period of 2 years I can not work ANYWHERE in these areas, which really sucks, as this is a very rural area and there are NO JOBS. Anyone know anything more about this and how they can make you go bankrupt because of not being able to find a job?!

You can read the entire thread there.]

I was terminated from my temp agency after 5 weeks of working, because one of my coworkers said I was falsifying my time cards, which I can prove that I was 100% honest on all of my records. This co-worker is not a superior, but my boss was away at this time, so she took it upon herself to create her own records of my times, which, once again, were false. Now the temp agency is threatening to press charges for theft (though as I said I have witnesses to back up my records.) On top of all that, I learned that the company was paying the agency $19.50/hr for the hours that I worked, and the agency was paying me $13/hr, I am not sure of most Rhode Island employment laws because I live, and typically worked, in Massachusetts. Is there anything that the company or the temp agency had done wrong? Can I file for unemployment? What options, if any, do I have?

"Diablo Diablo 3 "1.05 Expert mode some of the key points and ideas
Kane Forum to learn a lot of things. First post today, aimed at the back of everyone's help and to draw attention to several very important, but also very easy loved. Do not like to read long-winded, you can look directly at the red part.
First, introduce the next hero: witch doctor, Level 60 (+23) the blood dps 55000 17000, anti 600-680, Armor 4000, Block 36%. Build Ling-line step, variable pigs, blood-sucking dog, zombie, frog rain, pushing Bear. Passive skills spring of Columbia, jungle, blood sacrifice. If your equipment is a couple of notches better than me, do not particularly care about the back of the experience.
1.0.4 when the Farm first and second act, have been waiting for 1.0.5. 1.0.5 now come, all the clearance yesterday and did some tests and give you some reminders.
The elite Update of the fourth act
Due to bug a lot of elite does not normally generate; Bug fix now, but get little HC was not to be regarded as good news.
The first should be noted that: the heavy hammer of the fourth act strange can become elite! Blue gold, attack power than standard is diablo 3 gold strange even higher. Under normal circumstances monster shot, you can move to avoid attacks. Witch doctor with a pet can also live with a large zombie anti teleport, but special care, such as the construction of the wall and imprisonment affixes. Your control, or directly teleport over a hammer! I smashed not in difficulty, but a few dog was killed; the two difficulty was imprisoned, the hammer line step down before the open spirit. Go directly to step 2 profiling to prove that he smashed at least 50% of blood that led to the failure of the spiritual line step, each hit is probably at least 30,000! So please pay special attention! ! ! (Did not seem to see the personal loved because of this strange, I'm sorry, did not post to remind you as soon as possible)
In addition, there are several monsters can also become an elite, including that fall from the sky; monster look like much, in fact, attack power or some threatening. Finally, the fourth act need to pay attention to is the magic key guard, I wait for the next.
Monster Level
Everyone has mentioned, or most of them have found that I can not repeat. 0 difficulty, the third and fourth act monster 63, more difficult than the second act (62), greater in the first act (Monster 61); not only because of the high level of monster, but also because the monster itself more nausea. Think of the fourth act of the hammer, d3 gold fire mage, Emergency Fallen Angels Halo 2 seconds you can throw fireballs.
But in a difficult (and more difficult), all the monsters level for all 63, the swap rate and the difficulty of A3 and A4; therefore theoretically equal to the difficulty of all the chapters in a difficulty, behind the strange more nausea. So if you can brush the difficulty of the first act, prove that you can go to a difficult fourth act, pay more attention to the skills of those demons.
So, I suggest, is tested through my difficulty to the difficulty of the first act to the fourth act of course, be careful: If you can difficulty clearance (A4 update the strange and strange key), go 1 difficulty; suggest otherwise stay 0 difficulty Farm, such as the third act is a very good choice.
Key strange
The one hand, for the purpose of customs clearance students to be careful of these monsters. Especially the third and fourth act, do not fight do not fight. Students who want to brush the keys, I have to say the brush is not impossible, wow gold but note that in some places.
Location we should all know, the key to the first act strange tragic of the original, the second act in the oasis. Witch doctor no difficulty, because pigs can be infinitely variable. Key in difficulty have brush (difficulty out rate of 5% per level +10%); A3's in the upper fortress made of stone, to help the raising of three catapult map. Monster not only avatar teleport, and almost full-screen zombie ice, so you speed dropped significantly at the same time cause great harm. Even difficulty, even though I have a black magic, I often hit the red blood. So wasteland students pay special attention to! Play there are several: First, the card is a small staircase, but not necessarily monster refresh, another sometimes he can teleport by avatar again you pose a threat to; wretched method (for the witch doctor, I believe do not career wretched), each up to become a pig playing a Ling-line step then leave, disappear in the distance CD, or monster avatar skills, and so forth.
Finally, to say the fourth act strange key. Silver steeple layer, for the purpose of customs clearance classmates, blade and soul gold try to avoid and fight him. Fortunately, the key blame will not chase away. 2 difficulty I play he is wretched, but played 2 Chun. The big pineapple like boss, assault repulsed skills, the weakest this skill; then is to reduce the life recovery capacity of 75% the Debuff, in the debuff basic can not back to the blood. For the witch doctor generally do not, because the baby in front. In, back to the city or detour etc. the Debuff disappear again; incineration and land, this skill is too imba. 2 seconds, you can let all my baby all dead, I direct Chun; considerable range of areas, similar to the fourth act fire mage fireball range of skills, such as you see the fire on the ground (very not obvious), pitted out, empty blood. I fire resistance 680, so please pay extreme attention to this skill! ! Also, if your equipment is more like me is not very good, or the network may lag, I strongly recommend that you cherish life, away from the small Boss.
Add one here. 0 difficulty I can play red blood even Chun, only the third and fourth act strange key. This should be a more intuitive understanding of: two imba boss is still very strong.
Currently, the third act of the keys have been. Have not got the map of the fourth act, but thought he was a bit of a headache. And other equipment, or better to say, here is just to test the strength of the monster and the possibility of brush key; key, can not win the double boss did not use. Here to share their test results, we hope to reference value.

We have an employee that had a miscarriage. Our company bereavement policy states you may take up to 3 days for death of immediate family member. Doesn't this qualify as immediate family member? In NC, the unborn child of a pregnant mother is recognized as a person.

Also, can a supervisor be forced to determine if an employee should use sick or vacation days to be paid for work missed? I believe only the employee can determine that.

And lastly, if an employee is hired, but has a 90 day probabtionary period, is their eligibility date for beniefits (ie vacation) determined by hire date or the end date of the probationare period.

I am new to this company and being asked to clarify some things. Can you please clarify? Most of the NLRB information is very confusing. Thank you

I was asked to leave my position with my last day of work being June 27, 2012. I was paid for 2 vacation days due me taking my final pay through June 29, 2012. My paycheck was automatically deposited into my checking account and I was paid "current"--my employer did not hold back 2 weeks before issuing a paycheck. Now, 8 months later, my former employer has informed me they overpaid me an extra paycheck which was automatically deposited into my checking account July 12, 2012 and I must repay $1,030.00. This was an error on the part of my direct boss in not turning in termination paperwork timely, or an error in the Payroll Department. My life was in a turmoil 2 weeks after being terminated from my job and I never realized I had that much extra money. Am I obligated to pay this money back at such a late date? Is there a time limit for them to ask for repayment?

I work for a rent to own company in NE. I have actively been looking for other employment for over 1 year. I have been with the company for 3 years and signed a no-compete clause. It restricts me from working for another rent to own company for 6 months. There are 5 rent to own businesses in NE...does that make it illegal to apply and accept employment with another rent to own company even when it has been seen done by numerous other ex-employees of the company even terminated store managers? If they go after one ex-store manager shouldn't that require them to go after another ex-store manager?
