State of New York advised my husband he owes taxes for 2003. He has not lived in NY since 1969. What is the statute of limitations and who has the burden of proof on the tax debt?

The wedding gown you select will probably be the most meaningful and expensive piece of clothing you'll ever own. Therefore, shopping for your gown can be not only a highly-charged emotional experience, but also a serious financial commitment.
Check out Doduu top tips for keeping your cool when getting the hottest gown around. Steal her secrets for finding a wedding dress that you can save on your wedding dress.
1. Know your price range: Before you set foot in a store, determine your budget, and only view dresses that you can afford. Theres no sense in falling in love with a gown thats beyond your means.
2. Seek out trunk shows: During these special events held at bridal store, a designer shows off her new collection. As an incentive, the store may offer a discount if you buy a dress that day.
3. Snag a slow-selling dress: Several times a year, wedding dress outlet lead with the new dresses by selling their umarketable style at 50 percent off or more. (Factor in the cost of storing the gowns.)
4. Think before you buy: A dress purchased at a steep discount at a one-day super-sale or from an online auction may seem like a steal, but alterations can cost a ton of money if the gown is way too big or small. Make sure a dress fits within reason before letting its low price win you over.
5. Plan ahead: If youre shopping online, start about nine months ahead of the wedding. This way, youll avoid paying rush fees on your orders from the manufacturer and the alterations department.
</td></tr></table>

<table width="650" border="0" cellspacing="0" align="center" cellpadding="0">
Is the petition the same as for Petition for Declaratory Statement? Or is it addressed to another body of authority?

Does a fire protection district have the power under 70 ILCS 705/11 to adopt a code or standard that exceeds established model national codes and standards? Model codes require 30 minute protection between a residence and attached garage with a 20 minute (equivalent) door. This has been a long standing requirement for many years. Local FPD has created their own standard, one not found in any model code requiring 60 minute protection between a residence and attached garage and specifying the location of the protective gypsum board but without specifying UL assembly or fastening requirements and requiring a 60 minute rated door.

I have a social media question..I recently placed an ad on a dating website. I placed the ad at home on my computer. I did not mention any aspects of my employer what so ever. The licensing agency (Michigan Gaming Control Board) that regulates my employer (Motorcity Casino) found the ad made me surrender my license. My employer had to fire me , even though I was an outstanding employee. During the interview with the licensing person, he stated if I tried to appeal they tell my wife and even charge me with a felony, which I dont believe they have the jurisdiction to make such a comment-threat. I was also denied unemployment because it was determined I voluntarily quit! Can anybody please help?
