I also have 2 children with autism who have hypersensitivity to sound and the noise physically hurts them. He built his house after I purchased my long standing home. He has a fully functional garage with hydraulic lift and everything. We have tried to reason with him before we involved the police to no avail. I am now seeking to learn what legal actions we can take in the state of Connecticut.
