When police enter and park on private property and hide to use radar without permission of the property owner is that not a "taking of propery by government"? This is a 4th amendment question.

My mother and I were driving home, going north on route 79 in freehold, new jersey. We stopped at a red light and waited for it to turn green. Once it turned green, we provided through the intersection. Once we were past the intersection, we were pulled over by an officer who claimed we ran a red light. The officer said he was on the opposite side of the intersection (going south bound) and behind a car that had a green left hand turning arrow. He claimed that my mother ran a red light purely off his observation of a green turning arrow on his side of the intersection. How is it possible that he can make a judgement without, in my opinion, sufficient evidence? He did not observe the traffic signal on our side of the intersection and cannot garuntee that a) the light was red, b) there wasn't a failure in the car detection system (as the intersection has a system to modify traffic pattern based upon the presence of cars), or c) that there wasn't a malfunction in the traffic signal on our side of the intersection. Is there a sound enough legal platform to fight the ticket?

I never been in any kind of trouble until october when i got a dwai which i just got taken care of and paid the fine and my record is clean...However A week ago I had a friend that was stranded and I went to go get her and I was on a suspended license and only able to go to and from work. The weather was bad at the time and snowing as I live in New York..I was in a hurry and went through a red light while following behind a car too close and failed to keep right. I was pulled over and received several tickets...I received a ticket for reckless driving, fail to keep right, following to closely, moved from lane unsafely, passing a red signal, aggravated suspension and reckless driving...I need to know what I am looking at here and If I need to do something about this...4 of the tickets are able to be sent in which i can plead not guilty but the other two i have to appear in court for recless driving and suspended license...Like I said I have never received tickets before this...I just went to dmv to get the conditional license and im suppose to have my license back end of march...Is this going to make things worse>?

Getting a makeover is as easy as going shopping at your favorite department store. Many people don't know that those sales associates can apply makeup for you if you like. This article will give you some great tips for making beauty work for you.

If your hair is extremely fine in texture, don't use a daily conditioner. A once- or twice-weekly application is quite sufficient. Conditioner weighs hair down and makes it look somewhat dull. So use conditioner sparingly if you want hair that looks bright and shiny.

Baltimore Ravens JerseyBelieve it or not, you can reduce the puffy look of your face from within. Place an ice cube in your mouth, and press it against the roof with your tongue. Then, splash some cold water on your face, and you will get rid of the puffiness within minutes inexpensively.

Ray Lewis Jersey A small amount of lotion can tame unruly and frizzy hair. Run this cream from the root of your hair to the tip, then pin your hair up for a little while. When you unpin it, the frizz will be eliminated and your hair will appear much more manageable.

Ray Rice JerseyYou don't have to break your budget to have an effective beauty routine. You may think that higher prices means the products work, but that's often not the truth. The trick is to research and learn which inexpensive products will work for you at a fraction of the cost.

joe flacco JerseyEven the straightest hair can get frizzy. When you finish moisturizing your skin, rub your hands over your hair. The remaining moisturizer that is left on your palms will smooth out your hair. The works perfectly well for all kinds of hair types. Additionally, you can keep a conditioner handy to moisturize at all times.

There are many cheap facial masks that you can create at home. If there are eggs in your fridge, you can make a mask. You need to separate the whites from the yolk to make the mask. Apply to your skin and leave for about five minutes. Last, rinse it off. Protein from the egg will serve as a moisturizer for your skin.

Always keep all of your beauty supplies (makeup, wipes, etc.) in one place. Beauty gurus often use makeup remover wipes as a means to make quick corrections following the application of makeup. This ensures you get the look you're after. Every good beauty routine should incorporate these vital wipes.

Facial skin-tightening help is as close as ingredients found in your refrigerator! Whisk up a mix of egg white and lemon juice and apply it to skin, wait five minutes before rinsing and your face is fresh and firm. This can be ideal prior to an important date or a special event.

If you want beautiful skin, it is crucial that you wear sunscreen. Sunscreen should be worn year round, not just during the summer, in order to keep the wrinkles at bay. The face and hands are particularly vulnerable to skin damage during the winter months.

The advice contained here should help you get on your way to beauty. The advice was crafted to ensure you get a great start.

If you haven't already, be sure to read the definitions for "divided highway" and "roadway" for the Louisiana Highway Regulatory Act, which are found here:http://www.lawserver.com/law/state/louisiana/la-laws/louisiana_revised_statutes_32-1. If the highway is not divided by a median or some other barrier, it looks to me like a stop is required. Some interesting criticisms of requirements like this can be found at https://sites.google.com/site/jusjih/schoolbusstop, but the author does not seem to have a legal background.

We received a question about California Vehicle Code sec. 21806. That section requires that when an emergency vehicle approaches flashing red, "surrounding traffic" must make way. Here's the question:

"I take "surrounding traffic" to mean traffic both in front of the emergency vehicle moving in the same direction AND oncoming traffic (moving in the opposite direction). Is that accurate, or is it not required that taffic moving in the opposite direction yield?"

The term, "surrounding traffic" is not defined in the California Vehicle Code, but it would almost certainly be interpreted as including oncoming traffic, as well as traffic approaching from the left or right. Merriam-Webster's defines "surround" as "to enclose on all sides." Moreover, interpreting the statute as applying only to traffic traveling in the same direction would lead to the absurd result that, when approaching an intersection and trying to make a left turn, an emergency vehicle would encounter drivers from the left, right, or opposite side of the intersection proceeding through it with impunity, blocking the way.
