I want to start a public  internet auto auction for retail car dealers on eBay. Would I be able to store select dealer  vehicles for public inspection as an internet based auction? Can I collect cash from the buyers when they arrive for vehicle pick up?  I have researched Maryland commerial code 2-328, 2-401, and MD transp. code 15-113, 15-101.  Not sure what else is needed interstate commerce wish etc.

The law above says that I have to travel AT LEAST 12mph above the speed limit. According to citation, I had EXACTLY 12mph above the speed limit. If I had, say, the speed 51.9mph  then I would not be fined.
The quesion: how accurate are the devices for measurement the speed? Are they really capable of measuring the speed with such an accuracy to penalize me for the speed excess of order of tenth of mph above the legitimate threshold?  &#60;/p&#62;</description>

Is ther a rule or a law that says that they have to clean this up and keep it that way .
