My Fire department does not have a Union, or collective bargaining agreement.</p> <p> 1) Can I be denied to have lawyer present to represent my interests?</p> <p>2) Are they required to provide the statements of complaint to me so I can see the direct accusations, or are they only required to provide me the names of the accusers?</p> <p>Thanks for any help. </p>
