It was a long journey for us since we didn'thave anyone really familiar with a non profit corporation. My question is for clarity on the yearly requirements that need to be taken to ensure our store stays in good standing with the state of missouri and the Federal government. We have filed our yearly registration and would appreciate some expertice on what all needs to be filed yearly. Thanks, Robert Taylor</p>
