I was a canidiate for Counselman in 2010, I requested public records, instead of me getting them , i was arrested by the cheif of police (because his records were included) to keep me from receiving them. Still till today i have not received them. However i have file a lawsuit concerning the matter. His claim for arresting me is for Disturbing the Peace by Offensive words.. When i in fact was sitting down waiting to see the documents and reading my bible, also having several phone conversations with family, friends Attorney Generals Office, Town CPA, & Attorneys, Louisiana , Legislative Auditors, which was private if you please . Went to court today and my accuser ( THE POLICE CHEIF) did not show up. (due to illness). I requested to continue with the trial (because of my innocents. but the judge refused.. . :My Question is what is Offensive Words for Political Canidiate ( Running for a Municipal Office, as such).
