   Husband died in 2009. Mortgage company is now asking for executive of estate form. Live in Louisiana. aM I able to do simple form? Can you tell me what to do?

   Louisiana, as I'm sure you know, has a very unique legal code, and I am not familiar with it. I did find a very clear explanation of the process here, however. Good luck to you.
