I propose not to hold back until you get enough amount of money to buy goods! You should just take the home loans or just financial loan and feel fine

My husband and I are married 42 years. Our home was paid for and my husband went to our bank to get a line of credit for his business The banker talked him into re-mortgaging our home WITHOUT my knowledge or SIGNATURES on any of the mortgage loan docs. The bank is talking foreclosure. Do I as his wife have any legal rights to go after the bank ? Thank you; Mrs.D.Joseph
