I live in an apartment in Clark co IN. Right out my back door is standing water that has been there since I moved in last August. Other than being frozen over we cannot walk into the grass just inches off the small concrete pad due to standing water. There is no place for the water to drain. What can I do? I have asked the landlord many times to clear it up to no avail. Thank you..
