    Re: New Hampshire Condominium There are 11 units. The Bylaws state that any changes to the Bylaws must be approved by 75% of the units (8.25 units, therefore, 9 units). This means that three units can block any changes to the bylaws. This seems to be a very small minority controlling the greatly larger majority. Can this be changed by another means other than a 75% approval?
