What are the penalties for falsifying earnings when it comes to child support in the state of Pennsylvania?

Theoretically, this might be prosecuted as perjury and punished with a fine of up to $15,000 or prison up to 7 years. It is more likely the judge would hold the person in contempt of court, in which case the judge has broad authority to decide on a suitable punishment. It could include monetary penalties or jail time. I hope this helps.
