The law relative to BINGO at senior centers------The laws states 3 times a week for senior housing but it not specific to senior centers. If a senior center runs a Bingo for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week are they non compliant? Prizes less than $50.00. Also if they are non-compliant and insist on doing 5 days a week what could be the ramifications? Are they looking at the State Police visiting and arresting the agency for two 30 minute Bingos?????????
