I sent a previous email re: rental of a commercial property in SC. The landlord wishes to install new electric meters for all units thereat and wants each tenant to pay for it. I forgot to add that our rental never receives a bill for electric and the landlord gives a Verbal figure each month. Shouldn't each tenant receive a separate itemized bill for their own monthly electric usage? Thanks, Mark
