I rent a small piece of COMMERCIAL property for a non-profit org in South Carolina. The landlord is attempting to replace all of the electric meters at this location and wants EACH tenant to pay for the expenses, totaling more than $1500. Isn't it the lanlord's responsibility to correct this issue? Also, what is the SC Commercial code. I have the residential code. Thanks. Mark
