I have been served an eviction notice as well as a summons (3 day) with no cause even though our lease has not expired. They state in the document that we are in default, but do not state what that default is. Payments have always been paid 10 to 14 days in advance and we have broken no part of the lease. It appears there is some discrimination going on here. I attempted to make a payment and it was refused and returned.
