Could someone please help me. I am a resident of Petersburg, Va. I have just become the guardian of my 58 year old cousin born with intelluctial disabilities. He is in Oklahoma. I have been told that I cannot move him to Virginia until I get guardianship in Virginia. How do I go about this?
