Does anyone have any news in regards to Mass. House bill 1785? The last I heard (September 2009) it was in the Judiciary commitee. This bill, if passed, would significanyly change, for the better, ALIMONY awards. No more ALIMONY for life.

MASSACHUSETTES ALIMONY- Anyone have any news on House bill 1785? Last info I could find is that it was in the Judiciary committee and a hearing was held in September. This bill has 72 cosponsors and would do much to make the system work more fairly. No more LIFETIME ALIMONY!!!
