i have been and want to continue seeing my 6yr old daughter 3-4 xs a week after school plus every other weekend..her mother and i have not been getting along and she has threatened to cut my time drastically no matter how it would emotionally affect our daughter..if she does cut my time before i can get back to court is there a statute-law against a parent witholding a child from the other parent ..is that a form of child neglect under a newer wisconsin law ? i am a staple in my childs life since her birth and i love her so much.. i cant lose anymore sleep..please help me..thank you..ps..we have an open visitation schedule order from 2005 that places the mom as primary..
