If we have a small public library branch do we have to have access for the public to the restrroms. We have been having issues with patrons leaving a mess beyond contemtable and we decided to have no public restrroms available. Is this legal? Thank you.

Patty, State and local codes often require buildings open to the public to provide public access to a restroom. You might take a look at section 407 of the Louisiana Plumbing Code, which should be available at the library. An online version from 2000 is available here:
Is it the law for a doctors office to have accessibility for a patient that is to be brought in the office on a stretcher ? This is the only way that they can be taken to doctors appointments because of disabilities. Thank you

My rental contract has a SPECIAL AGREEMENT which states" Should eviction become mnecessary, for whatever reason, Tenant waives the requirement of written notice(5 days) to vacate the premises as provided in Article 47 of Title XI of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedures." I received an EVICTION NOTICE today prepared by the Landlord stating " You are hereby notified to vacate the premises immediately for failure to pay rent. By aggrement set forth in your rental contract you have 24 hours to comply." Must I vacate within 24 hours?
