My ex is currently serving a 33 year prison sentence at Snake River Correctional Center for sex crimes he committed on our son that we have together and his children he has with his now ex wife. How do I go about terminating his paternal rights? My husband with whom I have been married to for almost 9 year's wants to adopt him but I know his father would never willing allow that or willing sign over his rights to me.
