Federal Judge Enjoins New York Bottle Bill Expansion

A federal judge has issued an injunction barring New York state officials from carrying out an expansion of the state's bottle deposit law that would include a deposit on water bottles, a delay that could cost tens of millions of dollars of desperately-needed revenue, according to this report in the New York Times.
