Current as of: 2009 Commission powers and duties A. The commission shall: 1. Administer the provisions of this article through the division of occupational safety and health. 2. Establish an elevator advisory board to assist the commission in drafting standards and regulations. 3. Promulgate standards and regulations pursuant to section 23-491.05 as required and promulgate such other rules and regulations and exercise such other powers as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this article. B. The commission may, by rule and regulation, set fees not to exceed the actual cost for inspections performed pursuant to this article.
