§ 9790As used in this chapter, the following definitions apply:~
§ 9791This chapter applies only to work done on a general aviation~
§ 9792It is the public policy of this state that parties to all~
§ 9793No repairperson shall commence work for compensation without~
§ 9794Any repairperson who gives an original estimate in good~
§ 9795All work done by a repairperson, including all warranty work,~
§ 9796The invoice shall show the repairperson's business name and~
§ 9797Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, upon~
§ 9798Sections 9793, 9794, 9795, and 9796 of this chapter shall~
§ 9798.1Subject to the provisions set forth in this chapter,~
§ 9798.2The statutory lien created pursuant to subdivision (a)~
§ 9798.3Any repairperson having perfected his or her statutory~
§ 9798.4The priority of liens set forth in this section~
