§ 46000This chapter shall be known, and may be cited as, the~
§ 46001This act shall be interpreted in conjunction with Article 7~
§ 46002All organic food or product regulations and any~
§ 46003The secretary shall establish an advisory committee,~
§ 46003.5Following the promulgation of the national materials~
§ 46004Any person may file a complaint with the director~
§ 46004.1Unless defined pursuant to the National Organic Program~
§ 46005This act shall apply notwithstanding any other provision of~
§ 46006At the request of a county agricultural commissioner, the~
§ 46007Any penalties collected by the secretary and any fees~
§ 46008Article 14 (commencing with Section 43031) of Chapter 2~
§ 46009Any person subject to this act that does not pay the~
§ 46010This chapter shall be interpreted in conjunction with~
§ 46010.5No fee established and collected pursuant to this chapter~
§ 46011This act shall not apply to the term "natural" when used in~
§ 46012Article 14 (commencing with Section 43031) of Chapter 2~
§ 46013Any producer, handler, processor, or registered~
§ 46013.1Every person engaged in this state in the production~
§ 46013.2To the extent feasible, the secretary shall coordinate~
§ 46014This chapter also applies to seed, fiber, and horticultural~
§ 46014.1Any certification organization that certifies product~
§ 46014.2All products sold as organic in California shall be~
§ 46014.4A registered certification organization shall submit to~
§ 46014.6Only products that have been produced and handled in~
§ 46015Materials acceptable in this state are those outlined in~
§ 46016.1Any person may file a complaint with the secretary~
§ 46016.2Any county agricultural commissioner may, at any time,~
§ 46016.3Any person may appeal to the secretary for a hearing if~
§ 46016.4The appeal shall be submitted to the secretary in writing~
§ 46016.5As provided for in regulations adopted by the NOP, the~
§ 46017In lieu of prosecution, the secretary or a county~
§ 46018.1The secretary and the county agricultural commissioners~
§ 46018.2At the request of a county agricultural commissioner, the~
§ 46020It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale,~
§ 46021It is unlawful for any person to certify any product in~
§ 46022It is unlawful for any person to produce or handle any~
§ 46023It is unlawful for any person to forge, falsify, fail to~
§ 46024It is unlawful for any person to advertise, label, or~
§ 46027No food or product may be advertised or labeled as~
§ 46028All persons who produce, handle, or retail products that~
§ 46029Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any~
