§ 25404For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall~
§ 25404.1All aspects of the unified program related to the~
§ 25404.1.1If the unified program agency determines that a~
§ 25404.1.2An authorized representative of the UPA, who in~
§ 25404.1.3A unified program agency may apply to the clerk of~
§ 25404.2The unified program agencies in each jurisdiction~
§ 25404.3The secretary shall, within a reasonable time after~
§ 25404.3.1A city or other local agency, which, as of December 31,~
§ 25404.4The secretary shall periodically review the~
§ 25404.5Each certified unified program agency shall~
§ 25404.6The secretary may immediately implement those aspects~
§ 25404.8In a county for which a CUPA has not been certified on~
§ 25404.9The State Certified Unified Program Agency Account~
