§ 12739.05Notwithstanding Section 12739, funds placed in the Major~
§ 12739.5It is the intent of the Legislature to implement Section~
§ 12739.50For the purposes of this part, the following terms have~
§ 12739.51The Federal Temporary High Risk Pool is hereby created in~
§ 12739.52The board shall have the authority to do all of the~
§ 12739.53The board shall, consistent with Section 1101 of the~
§ 12739.54Plan rates for high risk medical benefits approved~
§ 12739.55The program may place a lien on compensation or benefits~
§ 12739.56Except as provided in Article 3.5 (commencing with~
§ 12739.57The board shall provide coverage pursuant to this part~
§ 12739.58A transfer of enrollment from one participating health~
§ 12739.59Program decisions concerning an applicant's or~
§ 12739.60Upon enrollment as a subscriber in the program, the~
§ 12739.61The board shall cease to provide coverage through the~
§ 12739.62This part shall remain in effect only until January 1,~
§ 12739.755The sum of seven hundred sixty-one million dollars~
