§ 181000The Sonoma County Regional Climate Protection Authority is~
§ 181001The authority is a public instrumentality governed by the~
§ 181003The authority, in cooperation with local agencies that~
§ 181004Activities authorized under Section 181003 shall include,~
§ 181005The authority shall adopt rules for its proceedings~
§ 181006A majority of the members of the authority constitutes a~
§ 181007The acts of the authority shall be expressed by motion,~
§ 181008All meetings of the authority shall be conducted pursuant~
§ 181009The authority shall do all of the following:~
§ 181010The members of the authority shall be compensated as~
§ 181011Notice of the time and place of a public hearing on the~
§ 181012The authority may sue and be sued, except as provided by~
§ 181013All claims for money or damages against the authority are~
§ 181014The authority may apply for funds available to carry out~
§ 181015Nothing in this division shall supersede or interfere with~
§ 181016This division shall become inoperative on December 1, 2015,~
