§ 2701.10Bonds in the total amount of one billion dollars~
§ 2701.11Except as provided in subdivision (b), the bonds~
§ 2701.12Solely for the purpose of authorizing the issuance and~
§ 2701.13The committee shall determine whether or not it is~
§ 2701.14There shall be collected each year and in the same manner~
§ 2701.15Notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code,~
§ 2701.16Money may be transferred from the fund to the State~
§ 2701.17The board may request the Pooled Money Investment Board to~
§ 2701.18For the purpose of carrying out this chapter, the Director~
§ 2701.19All money deposited in the fund which is derived from~
§ 2701.20The bonds may be refunded in accordance with Article 6~
§ 2701.21The Legislature hereby finds and declares that, inasmuch~
§ 2701.22Notwithstanding any provision of the State General~
§ 2701.23The department may advance funds in the State Highway~
§ 2701.24Notwithstanding Section 2701.22 or any other provision of~
