Any person who, by himself or by his employee or agent, violates or fails to comply with any such regulation or any order made by the State Fire Marshal or by any local fire marshal having jurisdiction for the abatement of any fire or casualty hazard found on premises where dry cleaning or dry dyeing is done shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days or both.
