As used in Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 68B-33: “”Billfish”” means any of the following species, or a part thereof:
(1) Makaira nigricans (blue marlin);
(2) Kajikia albida (white marlin);
(3) Istiophorus platypterus (sailfish), or
(4) Tetrapturus georgeii (roundscale spearfish).
