IC 3-11-14.5-1 System test; random selection of precincts Sec. 1. At least fourteen (14) days before election day, the county election board of each county planning to use an electronic voting system at the next election shall randomly select at least three (3) precincts within the county and test the voting system units to be used at those precincts on election day. Each voting system shall be tested to ascertain that the system will correctly count the votes cast for all candidates and on all public questions in that precinct. As added by P.L.221-2005, SEC.91.
