Current as of: 2009 Formal finding by the board after a hearing conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act that any market license holder has: (a) Ceased to conduct a public livestock market; (b) been guilty of fraud or misrepresentation as to the titles, charges, number, brands, weights, proceeds of sale or ownership of livestock; (c) violated any of the provisions of this act; or (d) violated any of the rules or regulations adopted and published by the commissioner shall be deemed a sufficient cause for the suspension or revocation of the market license of the offending public market operator.
