C. The following agencies, as defined in R.S. 36:3, are transferred to and hereafter shall be within the Louisiana Workforce Commission, as provided in Part III of Chapter 22 of this Title:

(1) Apprenticeship Council (R.S. 23:381-392).

(2) Repealed by Acts 1997, No. 1, §6.

(3) Governor's State Manpower Services Council (Executive Order No. 76-13).

A. The transfers and abolitions of agencies hereinafter made in this Section shall be effective as provided in Chapter 24 of this Title.

B. The following agencies, as defined by R.S. 36:3, are transferred to and hereafter shall be within the Louisiana Workforce Commission, as provided in R.S. 36:802:

(1) Employment Security Board of Review (R.S. 23:1652; 1621-1636).

(2) Louisiana Worker's Compensation Second Injury Board (R.S. 23:1371-1379).

(3) The Louisiana Workforce Investment Council (R.S. 23:2041 et seq.).

(4) Workers' Compensation Advisory Council (R.S. 23:1294).

D. The following agencies, as defined in R.S. 36:3, are transferred to and hereafter shall be within the Louisiana Workforce Commission as provided in R.S. 36:803:

(1) Board of Barber Examiners (R.S. 37:341-392).

(2) State Plumbing Board (R.S. 37:1361-1379).

E., F. Repealed by Acts 2009, No. 438, §15(B).

G. Repealed by Acts 1997, No. 1, §6.

H. Repealed by Acts 2006, No. 713, §4, eff. July 1, 2006.
