The office shall submit a report to the Joint Committee on Health and Welfare of the Louisiana Legislature and to the governor not later than March 1, 1991, on the establishment of an intergenerational child care program. The report shall evaluate the program by assessing the number of senior workers employed, length of employment, quality of care provided by the senior workers, and the effect of the program on federal requirements to provide child care for certain persons receiving public assistance.
