What Louisiana statute provides for parents, who are still married, to have equal tudorship of their minor children?

I am not sure I understand the situation. Tutorship is used in Louisiana when a parent is deceased or mentally ill, or the parents are divorced, etc. If both parents are alive and married, I don't how a tutorship would apply.

My wife abducted my son while we were visiting her family in a Latin American country. What Louisiana Law statute states that both parents have equal custody rights. I need to prove, with legal statute that we both had equal custody rights at the time of the abduction. Thanks

I could be mistaken, but I don't believe Louisiana has a statute exactly matching what you describe. What I believe is more pertinent is that abduction of a child by one parent from the other can be challenged as unlawful "parental kidnapping" or "parental abduction." It may be possible to obtain an emergency restraining order from a court directed at the other parent.
Your best course of action would be to report the events to law enforcement and obtain representation from a Louisiana attorney who can seek emergency relief on your behalf. You might also take a look at the federal law that deals with international cases such as this, the International Parental Kidnapping Crime Act: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00001204----000-.html
You should also take a look at the Uniform International Child Abduction Prevention Act, which Louisiana enacted here: http://www.lawserver.com/law/state/louisiana/la-laws/louisiana_revised_statutes_title_13_chapter_6_part_v
