Adult: means an individual at least 18 years old. See
County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
state: means :

(1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

(2) the District of Columbia. See

Each jury for a county shall be selected at random from a fair cross section of the adult citizens of this State who reside in the county.
