Chapter 16: Section 2. Divisions

Section 2. There shall be in the department the following divisions: administrative services, highway engineering, highway construction and highway maintenance. Each such division shall be under the direction, control and supervision of the commissioner. The commissioner shall assign to all officials, agents and employees of the department their respective duties.
