Current as of: 2009 Chapter 268A: Section 8B. Members of department of telecommunications and energy commission; prohibited lobbying activities[ Text of section effective until April 15, 2009. For text effective April 15, 2009, see below.] Section 8B. No member of the department of telecommunications and energy commission, appointed pursuant to section 2 of chapter 25, shall, within one year after his service has ceased or terminated on said commission, be employed by, or lobby said commission on behalf of, any company or regulated industry over which said commission had jurisdiction during the tenure of such member of the commission. Chapter 268A: Section 8B. Members of commonwealth utilities commission; prohibited lobbying activities [ Text of section as amended by 2008, 522, Secs. 46 and 47 effective April 15, 2009. For text effective until April 15, 2009, see above.] Section 8B. No member of the commonwealth utilities commission, appointed pursuant to section 2 of chapter 25, or the commissioner of telecommunications and cable shall, within one year after his service has ceased or terminated on said commission, be employed by, or lobby said commission on behalf of, any company or regulated industry over which said commission had jurisdiction during the tenure of such member of the commission.
