Chapter 64G: Section 6. Certificate of registration

Section 6. No person shall operate a bed and breakfast establishment, hotel, lodging house or motel in this commonwealth unless a certificate of registration has been issued to him in accordance with section sixty-seven of chapter sixty-two C.
