§ 6Reports of progress or violations by director of program to court; hearing; termination of stay of criminal proceedings
§ 7Report by director of program to court upon expiration of stay of proceedings; disposition as to defendant; final report
§ 8Commissioner to certify, monitor and aid programs; court approval of certification; powers and duties of commissioner
