Sec. 2.

Whoever shall do any of the acts or things prohibited by this act, or in any way violate any of its provisions, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than 25 dollars nor more than 100 dollars, and the costs of the prosecution, or by imprisonment in the county jail not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
