Terms Used In Michigan Laws 710.69

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 710.22
   A person who violates section 41 of this chapter is, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon any subsequent conviction, is guilty of a felony.
