Michigan Laws > Chapter 752 > Act 217 of 1933 > § 752.132 - Penalty for violation of act

Sec. 2.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
