Current as of: 2010 All employees of state tuberculosis sanitariums, under the provisions of Laws 1941, chapter 479, as amended, who are now receiving benefits shall continue to receive such benefits, and in addition thereto, shall, beginning with May 1, 1947, be paid benefits as provided by sections 251.041 to 251.045.
