Current as of: 2009 266.185. The following acts and the causing thereof within the state of Missouri are hereby prohibited: (1) The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded; (2) The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed; (3) The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, raw meat, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, which are adulterated within the meaning of subdivisions (1) and (5) of section 266.180; (4) The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order pursuant to section 266.205; (5) The failure or refusal to obtain a commercial feed license; (6) The violation of subsection 6 of section 266.210; (7) Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports or submit product listings as required by section 266.190; (8) The distribution of commercial feed to an unlicensed distributor on which inspection fees have not been paid.
