303.045. The director of revenue shall keep all records filed under the provisions of sections 303.040, 303.100, and 303.150, in his custody at the City of Jefferson. All records and files pertaining to reports of accidents, unsatisfied judgments, and suspensions or revocations of license as the result of convictions may be destroyed, provided they have been finally closed by the director for a period of one year.
