New Mexico Statutes > Chapter 76 > Article 22 > § 76-22-23 - Stewards; powers and duties; review

The powers and duties of the stewards appointed by the commission shall conform to the minimum standards contained in the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 and shall be set forth in the state certification program.
